For Solo Team, processing stops at 1,000 contacts by default — a hard limit. You can opt in to $4.00/contact overages before the month begins if you want flexibility. For Start-Up, Mid-Size, and Enterprise, a soft cap applies: processing continues at the published per-contact rate, capped at the tier's monthly maximum. We alert you at 80% of your envelope before any charges occur.

Annual plans are billed in one payment and include 2 months free — an effective 16.7% discount versus monthly. The per-month price shown with the annual toggle is the annualized equivalent; you pay the full year upfront.
